It is important to emphasize that, in accordance with the Law on Master Pipe Mechanics, all installation, refurbishment, modification, or repair work on a plumbing, heating, or oil and gas burner system, in any building or construction, is exclusively reserved for specialized contractors who are members of the CMMTQ.
The CMMTQ works towards ensuring public safety, as well as the protection of hygiene and health. It is committed to enhancing the competence of its members and enforcing the law to achieve these objectives.
In accordance with the law, it is prohibited to practice as a master pipe mechanic or to imply, presume, or believe that one has the right to do so, unless one is a duly registered member of the CMMTQ.
To ensure compliance with these regulations, we want to specify that if Duraclim needs to have such work done, we will refer it to contractors certified by the CMMTQ.
We want to reassure our visitors that we adhere diligently to these standards, and our activities are carried out in complete compliance with the current law.

It’s important to emphasize that, in accordance with the law, all installation, modification, or repair work on a heating, air conditioning, or insulation system, in any building or construction, is exclusively reserved for specialized contractors with their RBQ license.
RBQ not only ensures the quality of the work but also your physical safety and protection as a consumer.
In accordance with the law, it is prohibited to work as an installer of air conditioning, heating, and insulation systems, to presume or imply that one has the right to do so, unless they have the RBQ license.
To ensure compliance with these regulations, we want to specify that if Duraclim needs to have work of this nature done, these tasks will be referred to contractors certified by the RBQ.
