Getting an appointment was very easy. The technician who came, Abdel, was really good. Professional, courteous, and he knew what he was about. No mess for us to clean up afterwards, no scuffs from equipment to our walls. Our AC definitely needed a good cleaning! The solution was coming out black and thick. I had reached out to DuraClim to get a quote which they came back with really quickly. Communication has been A+ in our experience. From follow up to securing an appointment, to reminders, and status update of ETA, they have been fantastic. Ted showed up with his equipment and set up right away to protect our wooden floors, and wall from soap/water he used to pressure wash our AC unit. Little accident happened where the hose came out of the bucket and got alll over our floor, but we were nearby to swing into action with our towels. He is knowledgeable and answered our questions kindly. Once he was done the inside, he went outside to finish the job. Came back in to test it with us and gave us after care instructions in case of any issues. He took the time to wipe down the water that dripped/leaked while he was cleaning. Payment was easy, and received the invoice. Now waiting 30minutes on fan to dry out the unit, and looking forward to turn it on for the AC. Thanks Ted, Leila, and Andrew.
